Caregiving & Neurodiversity
Peer Support Group

A welcoming, safe and confidential peer support group for caregivers of neurodivergent individuals. This space offers connection, understanding, and practical support—where you can share experiences, exchange resources, and feel less alone. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies, emotional support, or simply a place to be heard, this group is here to support both you and those you care for.

Together, we celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and build resilience in a community that truly gets it.

Through open conversation, shared experiences, and mutual support, participants can explore challenges, celebrate progress, and learn from one another.

The group runs every Thursday from 10-11:30 AM

at the Sheet Harbour Public Library (Program Room).

Drop-ins welcome!
